Do you dim the gym?


This questionnaire will determine if your gym-etiquette is good, questionable or non-existent. Better check yourself before you wreck yourself. 

1. When you use any workout equipment that use weights, you... A. Finish your last rep and then let go of the equipment B. Let go of the equipment halfway through your last rep so that the weights fall back loudly. This way people can be impressed by the heavy weights you've been using.  2. You keep your water bottle and gym towel... A. At the machine you are using or on the floor next to you.  B. On a machine you have no intention of using during your workout. You're sure no one will want to use it anyway.  3. You listen to music... A. On your earphones.  B. By playing it on speaker on your phone. People should appreciate your good taste in music. 4. You keep your cellphone... A. With you.  B. At the furthest point in the gym away from you, to ensure maximum ringing time (if you even decide to answer) 5. When someone else is using a machine you want to use, you... A. Do something else while waiting for them to finish B. Stand next to the machine doing nothing, to ensure the person knows you are waiting for them to finish.

Your results: Only A's You're fine. Continue. One B You're right on the edge, but there is still hope.  More than one B Oh man, you're THAT person. Get some home gym equipment.
